Quality control process:
1.Raw material:
Fabrics: weight, fastness, width, defects per square meter.
Foam: thickness, weight, bubbles qty.
Package stuff: quantity, color fastness
2.Size and Designing
CAD designing, counter samples will be made for every pattern for size checking.
3.Fabric cutting
Comparing sizes for cutted pieces with original pattern. Pick out the defect panels.
4.Stitching works
Randomly quality checking for the semi-finished seat covers, comparing sizes with original patterns.
5.Quality Inspection
Quality checking for all finished seat covers, cutting off additional thread heads.
6.Packing
Every workers will be given an packing instruction book and carefully taught before packing.
7.Final Quality inspection before Delivery
Randomly inspection will be occured before finial delivery to make sure every seat cover is perfect.
8.Delivery
Professional staff to deliver the LCL goods or loading container for full containers.
